Según reporta el canal televisivo WFLA, la avioneta bimotor Piper despegó del aeropuerto internacional de Tampa y cayó en el lago Okeechobee, mientras se acercaba al aeropuerto de Pahokee.
El accidente se produjo alrededor de las 15.30 hora local del viernes (20.30 GMT), indica el medio.
